Overall very nice hotel located really close to both the private beach and the garden sunbeds and the Sardinian coastline and the majestic Tavolara to the east. Reasonably well appointed and new-fashioned rooms with a double bed, free Wi-Fi. The location quiet close to Olbia airport which is good if you have an early morning flight. Plus, 15 minutes drive from isola dei Porri.

The management was affable, as well as the staff. Remote location short walk to the white sandy beach and beautiful sea, the garden area and the town hall and cafe's near the Piazza Matteotti, it was in a really quiet area. There was a garden restaurant nearby.
The staff were quite rude, didn't expect that coming.

Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was original and impeccably clean, it had amazing location in very nice restaurant. I booked modest, functional room with a full sea-view, views on the water and towels in the bathroom. Accommodating and amiable staff was available all the time. The food in the garden restaurant was excellent. Everything was simply perfect.

The place is unique and luxury and has stunning location to the public beach. It has large rooms with eggs at the breakfast, a garden, for example to feel comfortable. Everyone who works in the hotel is efficient and very attentive.

breakfast was served in the restaurant. pittulongu is a district that deserves exploring. we had no problems with free wifi. staying right by spiaggia mare e rocce and possibility to explore lo squalo.
